What personal data we collect and why we collect it: none. But if you email me, I will have that address and use it to reply. I will also get periodic reports from some tracking service telling me how many visitors the site has had and I guess there is a map of where they came from based on IP addresses. So I will have that, but generally find it boring.
Comments: For now, comments are disabled. If you want to tell me something, send an email. Later, if I enable comments, I’ll update this.
Cookies: When you move around the site, it will set cookies so that you can easily get back to this, that or the other page. That makes it possible, for example, to show the recently viewed species at the bottom of the page.
